Ans– Yaksha asked the following three questions to Yudhishthira and he answered them as follows.

Ans– Man does not become wise by studying any shastra. He becomes wise only by living in the company of great men.

Ans– Birth and learning do not make one a brahmana. it is only good conduct that makes one a real brahmana. if a person is born in a higher class and his conduct is bad. he doesn’t become a brahmana. also if a man is learned and doesn’t give up his bad habits, he cannot become a real brahmana. so, even if a person is learned in four Vedas and has bad conduct, he falls into a lower class.

Q. Why did Yudhishthira choose Nakula to be revived in preference to Bhima or Arjuna? or Q. Why did Yudhishthira want Nakula to come back to life?

Ans– Yudhishthira’s father had two wives, Kunti and Madri. Kunti’s son Yudhishthira was alive. But Nakula and Sahadeva were the sons of Madri, and she was completely bereaved. So, for the sake of justice, it was right that a son of Madri should be survived. Hence, to be just and impartial, Yudhishthira chose Nakula’s life to be revived.

The Yaksha was pleased most with his impartiality and love for justice and rewarded him by reviving all his brothers’ lives.
