Indian wedding celebrations can be one of the most extravagant and fun times in a couple’s life. But, that doesn’t stop it from also being stressful. Planning and making arrangements for the most minutest of details well in advance might definitely take over your life for a while. Luckily, there are numerous bridal shopping apps out there to make things a little less daunting and a lot more enjoyable.

Brindal Shopping Apps (weddings)

As we’re all aware, shopping for a wedding can range from small, miscellaneous objects to big ticket items. Not to mention, sorting the bride and groom’s wedding outfits, trousseau are some of the most pivotal tasks on this list. With a number of e-commerce websites and shopping apps on the rise, if the groom wants to get his hands on a super exclusive and rare watch or if the bride wants an outfit from a designer in the Middle East, everything is now possible with just the touch of a button. What’s more? We have also seen a number of service providers offering virtual tours of their wedding venues. So, you and your family can sit in your living room and zero in on a venue for that dream wedding.
With digitization, just about anything is possible with a few clicks and taps. It’s baffling how convenient online bridal lehenga shopping has become. Shopping online has also proven to be a boon to those that absolutely dread going into a brick and mortar store to pick up their clothes!

The role of digital media during uncertain times:

The world almost came to a standstill a year ago. But, the one industry that we dare say flourished has to be the wedding industry. We saw a lot of our friends and family start a new chapter in the recent months and amidst restrictions, a lot of weddings happened effortlessly. Or, so it seemed when we witnessed it virtually. Now, the reason for home/intimate weddings to be this successful has to be wedding planning and shopping taking a digital turn. A lot of retail brands and designers have set up shop online via e-commerce websites or have come up with their own shopping apps which have changed the game entirely. Wedding planners and decorators have adapted to the role quickly and came up with virtual solutions for a wedding and almost everything could be planned remotely. Gone are the days when we had to physically go to a mall or store to buy things. We do agree that online shopping isn’t as fulfilling as trying on the outfits and purchasing it at a store. But, all is well when we get the wedding lehengas or suits in a pristinely wrapped package right at our doorstep.

With a steady increase in families relying on bridal shopping apps and websites along with planners and caterers offering virtual services, we believe that the trend of wedding planning going digital is here to stay for the foreseeable future. And we’re here for it!
